SS PRP Series

What is PRP?

PRP is concentrated blood plasma that is enriched with platelets; cell fragments that are found in the blood and contain potent growth factors that stimulate soft tissue healing. Studies have shown that platelets can stimulate your stem cells.

PRP is created from the patient’s own blood. Blood is drawn from the patient’s arm and placed inside a centrifuge, which is a device that separates the serum, platelets and white blood cells from the red blood cells. The PRP is composed of the serum, platelets, and white blood cells that were separated.

How does it work?

First the doctor or nurse applies a numbing cream to the vagina.  Then blood is drawn from the arm in the same was as with any blood test. Next, using a centrifuge, the PRP is separated and growth factors are isolated. Using a very thin needle, the growth factors are injected near the clitoris and into the upper vagina into an area most important for the sexual response, the O-Spot. Because these areas have been numbed with the anesthetic cream, the woman feels little or no pain.

SS Hair Restoration

Are you looking for hair loss solution? Millions of American men and women experience male-or female-pattern baldness. It can begin early in life but is much more common after the of 50.  However, an emerging treatment, platelet-rich-plasma (PRP) therapy, appears to help regrow lost hair. PRP works best if your hair loss is recent. It is more challenging to “wake up” hair follicles that have been dormant for a long time. Both males and females have regrown 30-40% hair they have lost.

PRP is injected in to the scalp where hair loss has occurred. Typically, injections are administered monthly for three months, then spread out over about three to four months.
